So it seems that this blog's Tony Iommi 'damage control' theory may just have some weight after all, as Ralph Baker, manager of the Brummie axe legend, has issued the following statement:
"We haven't got anything in place.He's not denying that the guys have been talking, but there's nothing in the way that's been implied in the statements you 've made"Baker then goes on to say to the journalist in question that Iommi had made the statements supposedly "off the record " to him, and that "(he) 's pissed off because the story would have died a death"
Hmmm . .. .. .sounds to me like the cat has indeed been let out of the bag then,expect an official statement very , very soon then to clear this whole thing up. . .. keep em peeled folks . . .
