This is not just about fuzz, but we're giving a particular mention to Proguitarshop and ToneFactor for keeping us up-to-date on all the best in fuzz today. Here's a classic from Proguitarshop:
The Electro Harmonix Big Muff needs no introduction. What sets Proguitarshop apart is presenter, Andy's slick playing and endless knowledge of the workings of pedals. Here's a more boutique fuzz for your consideration, the Blackout Effectors Twosome Dual Fuzz.
Proguitarshop have just about any boutique gear your feet could want. ToneFactor like to keep their ear to the ground for even rarer finds and the more messed up sounding fx. Here's a favourite of mine, the Robot Factory White Russian: a tweaked-to-fuck take on the Russian Big Muff.
Gorgeous! Another brilliant part of ToneFactor's output is the tracks they record using several fx from the same manufacturer, called Pedal Parties.
