Nick Oliveri Facing a Possible 15 Years in Prison!

Nick Oliveri, the famous nut-job bass player of former Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age fame, as well as Mondo Generator and The Dwarves, is looking at 15 years in prison if things do not go well for him in court next month.

According to http://www.metalinsider.net, Oliveri has been charged with:

"two counts of possession of a controlled substance with a firearm,
2 counts of possession of a controlled substance,
and one misdemeanor count of resisting (arrest)."

Given his alleged history of substance abuse and domestic violence, this is not looking good for the bassist who had to be replaced (for the second time) by Scott Reeder on the current Kyuss Lives! tour.
